Service Desk Agent - NATO security clearance - Network support, Cisco, UC, Mobile devices
Long term freelance / contract opportunity for a NATO Security Cleared Service Desk Agent / Network Support Agent to join one of our leading clients. The role of the Service Desk Agent will be to provide user support to incidents and tickets on the Network and Unified Communications infrastructure.
You will be helping users with issues on the Network (Cisco), UC (Cisco), Video conferencing, and mobile device management.
To be successful in this role we need someone who's either a IT Support/Service Desk Support Agent or a Junior Network Engineer, that has basic knowledge of Cisco Networks and UC.
For this position you must hold an active NATO security clearance.
