- Product Management: Lead development and optimization of diagnostic products; manage roadmaps, launches, and performance.

- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain product specs, manuals, and reports; share performance updates with stakeholders.
- HBO-level education in business, product management, or related field.
- Strong experience in product development, market analysis, and the diagnostics sector.
- Skilled in financial analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Independent and proactive with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in digital tools and product management software.
