This growing healthcare and alarm-response company in the Netherlands is doing exactly that. They're building something genuinely different – AI-powered workflows that handle everything from lead generation through to customer support, all running seamlessly in the background.
What you'll actually be doing
You'll be the person designing and building these AI-driven systems that keep the business ticking. Think of it as being the architect of intelligent automation – creating workflows that can qualify leads, nurture customers, and handle support queries without human intervention.
Your toolkit will include Make, Zapier, OpenAI, Twilio, and Calendly, connecting everything from forms and CRMs to WhatsApp and email systems. You'll craft prompts that sound genuinely human, build scoring systems that spot the top leads, and create dashboards that actually tell you something useful.
The role works around testing, refining, and improving what's already there whilst building new capabilities. It's hands-on work where you'll see the direct impact of what you build.
What they're looking for
- 2+ years working with automation tools like Zapier or Make
- Experience with AI platforms, particularly OpenAI
- Natural curiosity about marketing automation and customer service
- Ability to work independently and spot better ways of doing things
- Strong written communication in Dutch or English
- Bonus points for Airtable, Google Sheets, Twilio, or Calendly experience
