Our client, a leading FMCG business, is searching for an experienced Global PMO Lead to drive major transformation initiatives within its global supply chain.
This position will oversee large-scale product tech transfers and separation projects, ensuring effective delivery across functions including R&D, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and IT.
The ideal candidate will bring strong project governance expertise and the ability to manage complex change while engaging senior stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Global PMO Lead:
• Lead the global PMO, ensuring consistent governance, reporting, and methodologies
• Manage cross-functional supply chain transfers, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive strategic change and innovation across global operations
• Lead change management and communication initiatives to support the adoption of new processes and systems
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to executive leadership
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
Your Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, with at least 5 years in project management at a regional or global level
• Proven success delivering large-scale transformation projects in a complex, international organization
• Strong knowledge of PMO frameworks and methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile)
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with regular international travel
