Junior/Mid Mobile Device Manager

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

• Manage and maintain Mac, Android, iOS devices, printers, and PDAs.
• Implement and manage MDM solutions (Airwatch, Jamf, Intune) and zero-touch programs.
• Create and maintain automation scripts.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot device issues.
• Ensure device and data security.
• Collaborate with teams to improve systems and processes.
  
  

Document procedures and policies.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing mobile devices (Mac, Android, iOS, printers, and PDAs).
• Strong knowledge of MDM tools (Airwatch, Jamf, Intune).
• Scripting skills (Batch, PowerShell, ScriptRunner) will be valued.
• Knowledge of mobile security and compliance.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English.
