Introduction
We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join our London Market Software Engineering team. This role focuses on supporting our Innovation squads in creating new “Cloud First” solutions that add value to the business. We are adopting a cloud-first approach (Azure) for new systems and transforming our legacy applications to enhance growth and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and your squad to deliver value.
- Support engineers within your squad with your expertise and opinions to drive forward delivery.
- Support requirements gathering.
- Ensure code is peer-reviewed, unit tested, and delivered through automated pipelines to live environments.
- Ensure your code is secure.
- Proficiency in C#.
- Working knowledge of Azure technologies as per our tech stack.
- Knowledge with CI/CD Pipelines.
- Knowledge of Source Control.
- Understanding of unit testing.
- Knowledge of JSON and SQL.
- A degree in a technical discipline.
