We are looking to strengthen our team with a technical profile that will ensure the stability, security, and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure in a challenging and mission-critical environment. The candidate should have strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with different teams and global users.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Administer Windows and Linux servers (both physical and virtual on VMware/Hyper-V, or Proxmox).
• Configure and manage networks (switches, routers, firewalls, and other connected devices).
• Provide SOC/NOC support:
• Monitor infrastructure, applications, and network security events.
• Detect, analyze, and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
• Monitor systems and perform troubleshooting of incidents.
• Ensure compliance and maintain the organization’s security posture.
• Contribute to the definition of operational standards and policies.
• Participate in ITIL processes and CAB manager and CAB management.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Academic background in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of operating systems, virtualization, networking, and security.
• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a systems, infrastructure, network, or security administrator.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, log analysis, and incident management.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.

WHAT WE VALUE

• Experience with IDS/IPS, SIEM platforms, centralized authentication (AD, RADIUS), IPSec, or patch management.
• Certifications (MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent).
• Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Previous exposure to SOC/NOC operations and shift-based monitoring.
