What You'll Do

Build Product-Driven Systems

1. Design scalable Go services (gRPC, MongoDB) with product impact in mind
2. Work across AI workflows, automation logic, and integrations
3. Make architecture decisions based on customer needs

Own Features End-to-End

1. Partner with customers to understand the "why" behind requirements
2. Suggest product/engineering tradeoffs that maximize user value
3. Ship with early validation cycles and measure real-world impact

Drive Product Conversations

1. Bring data-backed product suggestions and challenge existing approaches
2. Map edge cases pragmatically using "minimum lovable product" mindset
3. Collaborate directly with customers to shape working solutions

What We're Looking For

Technical Foundation

1. Backend engineering experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms
2. Go (or similar systems languages), gRPC, MongoDB, Terraform experience
3. Curiosity about AI and automation solving real business problems

Product-Minded Traits

1. Deep interest in business models, user behavior, and success metrics
2. Track record of challenging specifications and bringing product ideas
3. Experience working with product managers, designers, and customer teams
