Who are you?

What is your role?
- As a Product Engineer you will implement features from first ideation to production.
- You will work across the stack, from database migrations to the final UX/UI implementation using state-of-the-art technologies (from shadcn to the newest LLMs).
- You will join our company as one of the first engineers and grow PastaHR from the earliest days on.
- You will ship high-quality work fast, with your first PR in the first week as you get hands-on with our product.
- This role goes beyond just coding: you will also join selected customer calls and feedback sessions to understand pain points firsthand, so that we build solutions to real problems our users face, not just features for the sake of it.
- You will collaborate directly with the founders and early team, learning fast and shaping both the product and the engineering culture.
