💼 Aufgaben

• Unterstützung in der gesamten Personaladministration (Ein-/Austritte, Verträge, Mutationen)
• Pflege von Personaldossiers und Stammdaten
• Organisation von Vorstellungsgesprächen & Betreuung von Bewerbenden
• Mitarbeit in der Lohnvorbereitung & Sozialversicherungsadministration
• Ansprechpartner/in für Mitarbeitende bei administrativen HR-Anliegen
• Mitarbeit bei HR-Projekten und internen Prozessen

🎯 Profil

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
• Weiterbildung als HR-Assistent/in (zwingend)
• Erste Erfahrung im Personalwesen von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

💼 Responsibilities

• Support in all HR administration tasks (onboarding/offboarding, contracts, changes)
• Maintain employee records and master data
• Organize interviews and support candidates throughout the process
• Assist with payroll preparation & social security administration
• Act as point of contact for employees on HR administrative matters
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements

🎯 Profile

• Completed commercial education
• Certified HR Assistant (mandatory)
• Initial HR experience is a plus
• Excellent German skills (written & spoken)
