IT Project / Product Manager (Life Science)

Our company is rapidly growing and now we are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team of professionals. For this role you should have at least 3 years managing IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage medium to large sized IT projects end to end from planning, conception to implementation.
• Analyze problems and work with the project team to develop solutions and recommendations.
• Drive the decision finding process jointly with all relevant stakeholders
• Preparation of regular status updates and decision making documents for the steering committee
• Identify and communicate project risks and define, propose and implement mitigating actions in alignment with the Project Steering Committee
• Collect, analyze and summarize information in project status reports to defined stakeholders and according to plan.
• Ensure that project targets in the project are met in a timely manner
• Responsible for timeline, resources, including quality assurance of the deliverables
• Backlog & Roadmap management
• Stakeholder communications

Skills:

• Completed studies in information technology, business informatics or similar
• 3 years experience managing complex IT projects and/or in Product Manager roles
• Exprience in Lifescience
• Professional and with excellent ability to manage internal and external stakeholder interactions at all levels.
• Solution-oriented, proactive personality with project leadership experience who is motivated and can work in a flexible environment
• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• PMI certification or related is desired
• Fluent in English
• Familiarity with modern web stacks (React, Typescript), APIs (REST, GraphQL) and Cloud Environments (AWS or GCP) plus CI/CD is desired.
