We’re looking for the Founder of our next B2B venture focused on Fintech—a sector at the center of global transformation and now undergoing radical change through digital payments, embedded finance, blockchain solutions, and AI-driven financial services.

As Founder, you will:

• Lead the development and execution of the venture’s go-to-market, product, and growth strategies—aligning product development with real market needs and customer insights.
• Drive product-market fit by validating solutions directly with financial institutions, corporate partners, fintech innovators, and end users.
• Identify and overcome operational challenges, resolving bottlenecks, and refining the business model based on ongoing feedback.
• Track, report, and optimize performance by defining key KPIs, monitoring progress, and ensuring accountability across all functional areas.

what you bring

• A proven track record of launching ventures from 0 to 1 in fintech, financial services innovation, payments, or related B2B industries.
• Proven experience in startups, scale-ups, or senior leadership roles in relevant sectors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: analytical, solution-driven, and resilient in uncertain environments.
• Comfortable working hands-on with digital finance platforms, payments infrastructure, or blockchain-based solutions.
• Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent in Spanish or English.

Bonus: Experience with regulatory compliance, partnerships with banks or financial institutions, or digital transformation projects in the financial sector.
