We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead IT initiatives in the Finance domain. This position is key to driving transformation projects that support the Record-to-Report (R2R) process. Within the Shared Service team in the Finance division, the IT Project Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of projects related to SAP Finance solutions (FI-GL, FI-CO, FI-Closing Cockpit) and complementary finance tools such as Trintech, Blackline, and Redwood Automation.

What you will do:
- Define the objectives, timelines, risks, and budgets of Finance IT projects, ensuring alignment with Record-to-Report (R2R) processes. Coordinate technical and business teams and monitor projects until completion.
- Manage SAP Finance implementation projects, including submodules FI-GL, FI-CO, and FI-Closing Cockpit, acting as the functional-technical lead to drive deployment success.
- Oversee the rollout of complementary Finance tools (Trintech, Blackline, Redwood Automation) to strengthen automation and compliance.
- Ensure Finance system integrations are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, applying best practices in project governance.
- Establish close cooperation with Finance stakeholders across GBS Service Lines, GET/HQ, GBS IT, and local IT, building trust and fostering alignment.
- Develop, maintain, and validate project documentation, including plans, risk assessments, and performance tracking reports.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and alignment with organizational goals.
- Prepare and deliver transparent status reports, proactively identifying risks and defining mitigation strategies for Finance IT projects.
Desired education, expertise, and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- Proven IT project management experience in Finance / R2R processes.
- Strong expertise in SAP FI implementation (FI-GL, FI-CO, FI-Closing Cockpit).
- Experience with Trintech, Blackline, and Redwood Automation.
- 5–10 years in IT project management with ERP/finance systems.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple finance-related projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus.
