Role Description

You will be part of the ITAO Governance Team, which supports over 2,000 ITApplication Owners (ITAOs) in maintaining IS and IT compliance across approximately 4,000 applications. The team ensures transparency, best practices, and proactive application management through initiatives such as the ITAO Council, Control Workbench, and ITAO Awards. Your role will be pivotal in coordinating governance activities, managing communications, and driving stakeholder engagement.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the weekly ITAO Council, including agenda formation, meeting minutes, and action follow-ups
  • Oversee the ITAO Role Approval process and liaise with stakeholders for timely execution
  • Develop and distribute the monthly ITAO newsletter and other communications
  • Maintain and update SharePoint pages and content for all relevant topics and the bi-monthly and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Organize and facilitate monthly knowledge-sharing sessions and Best ITAO Award nominations
  • Ensure Control Workbench data quality and support onboarding activities
  • Conduct product enhancements for the ITAO chatbot, including QA, content updates, and release coordination
  • Manage distribution lists (DLs) and support bi-monthly community sessions
  • Track and follow up on stakeholder actions across governance initiatives


Your Skills and Experience

  • Practical experience as an Application Owner or working with ITAOs
  • Understanding of application-related risks, governance, and compliance
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive communicator with experience in content creation and meeting facilitation
  • Familiarity with business analysis, automation, and data quality practices
  • Technical competencies:
  • Business/functional analysis (Advanced)
  • Project Management skills (Experienced)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in IT governance or compliance roles.
  • Knowledge of ECB regulatory frameworks and ITAO processes.
  • Experience with automation tools or chatbot platforms.
