Overview

We are seeking a Business Program Manager to be the operational engine behind our team’s day-to-day activities. This role is an opportunity to help our engineering and research functions succeed in the Bucharest site while shaping an exceptional employee experience.


Reporting directly to the Site Engineering Lead, the Business Program Manager will collaborate with HR, recruiting, finance, communications, corporate affairs, and local site teams to deliver impactful programs that:

  • Engage STEM students, universities, and regional tech communities, as well as customers and partners.
  • Enhance engineering and research employee experience.
  • Drive collaboration and best practice sharing across business and engineering groups.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage site-level business operations, ensuring smooth execution of daily programs and processes.
  • Partner with HR, recruiting, finance, and site leadership to deliver initiatives that improve employee experience and engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, tech communities, and industry partners to strengthen the company’s presence in the region.
  • Plan and execute site events, engagement programs, and community initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Support site communications to ensure clarity, alignment, and consistency across teams.
  • Encourage collaboration across engineering and operations teams by sharing best practices and streamlining processes.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or related roles.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in employee engagement, program delivery, or community building.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and process improvement mindset.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
