I’m working with a leading international gaming and entertainment business, well known for their strong brand portfolio across sports betting, online casino, and interactive gaming platforms. The business is heavily data-driven, investing in advanced analytics and AI to improve customer experiences, personalise offerings, and drive responsible gaming.

They are now looking to expand their Stockholm Data Science team with a Senior Data Scientist to help shape next-generation products and insights.

Role Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will:

• Build and deploy machine learning and statistical models (forecasting, deep learning, Bayesian, optimisation).
• Partner with stakeholders (product, marketing, operations) to define data-led business solutions.
• Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and pipeline development.
• Design and track KPIs and metrics to measure product and customer performance.
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to non-technical audiences.

Key Skills & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related.
• 3+ years of experience in a Data Scientist role.
• Strong skills in Python and SQL (R is a plus).
• Experience in machine learning, forecasting, and applied statistics.
• Background in gaming, betting, or consumer-facing tech/e-commerce is a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
