Your new role 🌟
As a Digital Product Manager (DPM) for Integration Transformation, you will be responsible for developing and driving integration capabilities as a foundational product, including Data Transformation, Protocol Transformation, Routing, and Orchestration.
Your focus will be on creating off-the-shelf products that enable seamless connectivity between senders and receivers by providing adapters, data mapping, protocol conversion, and orchestration capabilities.
You will translate the product roadmap into tangible deliverables aligned with the overall strategy and product vision, working closely with stable, cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
You are a perfect match for this assignment, if you have:
- Several years of experience in Product Management or related fields such as Team Manager, Lead Engineer, or similar roles.
- A university degree in a relevant field.
- Proven ability to define and drive product vision aligned with business goals, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, engaging diverse stakeholders and translating business needs into product requirements.
- Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams in a global environment.
- A user-centric mindset and experience making data-driven decisions to deliver continuous value.
- Proficiency in Agile Product Management, with the ability to manage product cycles and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to clearly convey product vision and progress.
- Awareness of market and competitive trends to drive product innovation.
- Change management experience to drive adoption and product transitions.
- Understanding of API- and event-based integration and architecture (an advantage).
