Business Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) Specialist–Developer to design, develop, and maintain Oracle Intelligent Advisor solutions that streamline decision-making, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance customer interactions for our banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Intelligent Advisor rules and configurations.
• Design, develop, and maintain OIA solutions to support decision-making, regulatory compliance, and customer interaction processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements for OIA solutions.
• Integrate Oracle Intelligent Advisor with Oracle Cloud, CRM, and other systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation of OIA solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Provide subject matter expertise on decision management and rule-based systems.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality releases.

Must-Have Skills & Technical Expertise

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Intelligent Advisor (Policy Automation) rule authoring and administration.
• Proficiency in rule modeling, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Cloud integration.
• Familiarity with Oracle CX, Siebel, or CRM integrations (advantage).
• Strong understanding of decision management, business rules, and regulatory compliance processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Professional Experience

• 10+ years overall IT experience with 3–6 years focused on Oracle Intelligent Advisor or similar rule-based systems.
• Preferably experience in banking or financial services domains.
• Knowledge of Wealth & Investments and/or Capital Markets is highly desirable.
