Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) Specialist–Developer to design, develop, and maintain Oracle Intelligent Advisor solutions that streamline decision-making, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance customer interactions for our banking operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Intelligent Advisor rules and configurations.
- Design, develop, and maintain OIA solutions to support decision-making, regulatory compliance, and customer interaction processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements for OIA solutions.
- Integrate Oracle Intelligent Advisor with Oracle Cloud, CRM, and other systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation of OIA solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Provide subject matter expertise on decision management and rule-based systems.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality releases.
Must-Have Skills & Technical Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Intelligent Advisor (Policy Automation) rule authoring and administration.
- Proficiency in rule modeling, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Cloud integration.
- Familiarity with Oracle CX, Siebel, or CRM integrations (advantage).
- Strong understanding of decision management, business rules, and regulatory compliance processes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Professional Experience
- 10+ years overall IT experience with 3–6 years focused on Oracle Intelligent Advisor or similar rule-based systems.
- Preferably experience in banking or financial services domains.
- Knowledge of Wealth & Investments and/or Capital Markets is highly desirable.
