Role Description:

We’re looking for a Frontend Developer to join our fully remote team. In this role, you’ll help shape how thousands of people experience our product by building clean, intuitive, and responsive interfaces. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to turn ideas into polished user experiences that have a direct impact on employee performance worldwide.

Beyond new features, you’ll also play a key role in improving existing components, ensuring our application feels modern, reliable, and delightful to use. This is a chance to make a visible difference in a product that’s central to how organizations engage with their people.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer/Engineer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in React, CSS, and HTML
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Knowledge of modern build pipelines and tools
• Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
• Familiarity with Jest or other testing frameworks (a plus)

Distinguishing Factors:

• Experience with CSS animations, transitions, and advanced styling techniques
• Ability to design and deliver visually appealing, interactive user interfaces
• Strong eye for design principles and ability to work closely with designers to bring visual elements to life.
