The ideal candidate will assist in the effective operations of the Invoice Administration team, while maintaining successful relationships with Vendors, Account Managers, and the Finance department.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all new invoices from various sources are captured and moved through the workflow.
• Accurately review and audit vendor invoices and ensure proper processing for payment.
• Log, track and resolve invoice discrepancies, issues and disputes in a timely manner.
• Maintain, with high level of integrity, all Network Invoicing data in databases, spreadsheets, and documentation.
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain operational processes to support greater workflow and management efficiencies.
• Assist in special invoicing projects as assigned.

• Exposure to foreign currencies.
• Strong MS Office programs skills, especially Excel.
• Exceptional communication skills, written, and verbal.
• Strong inter-personal skills including comfort working with international constituents.
• Ability to manage projects to closure.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Account Mangers and Finance department.

Desired Skills:

• Some knowledge CDN industry jargon preferred.
• ERP experience, exposure to Siebel Sales and Oracle a plus.
