Project Coordinator

DXBAPPS is a highly cohesive team operating in an exciting and fast-paced Agile development environment. The team is responsible for the customer-facing mobile applications and related client facing web applications. We are searching for a strong Senior Technical Project coordinator for our exciting iOS/Android Mobile Applications and other client facing tools. This is a hands-on position where the Technical Project Manager will be involved in business requirements analysis, functional and technical designs and specifications, testing, working with key strategic partners, and more. We're looking for individuals with a proven track record of managing complex, customer facing projects under demanding timelines.

• Analyze business requirements, negotiate scope, execute project plans and develop functional requirements,

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to all levels of an organization,
• Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings),
• Strong technical proficiency, especially relating to mobile applications, web applications and development, systems integration, and product release and support requirements,
• Must be able to grasp issues quickly and while factoring in technical dependencies and system limitations, make educated decisions in the absence of complete information,
• The ability to frame technical solutions/options and negotiate business acceptance,
• Excellent organizational, tracking skills, and attention to detail,
• Excellent interpersonal skills - both business facing and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in project coordination with mobile and web applications.
• Basic knowledge of PHP, IOS and Android coding and testing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field,
• Project Management Professional certification highly desirable,
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills,
• Results oriented with focus on achieving overall business objectives,
• Deep understanding of common Agile practices and service-oriented environments
