In this role, your key responsibilities include:

• Product Support- Manage existing product suite and contribute to development of new products; to manage and strengthen existing relations and tie-ups with partners.
• Analysis and Reporting- Complete basic credit analysis, balance sheet review, valuation analysis and financial modelling to assist in re-structuring of companies in financial distress. Analyze financial data and prepare pitch books; presentations and critical market / deal information to assist in the transaction execution process.
• Research/Data Gathering- Conduct research and gather information using online/offline information sources and produce data to support management and colleagues in client meetings and new business presentations.
• Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures- Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.
• Self-Management- Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own contribution to business performance.
• Customer Service- Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience

• Around 3 - 8 years of experience in a banking/ financial institution in the UAE, preferably with exposure to Secured Assets (Mortgage Loans/ Auto Loans) business and related regulations
• Prior experience in banking/ financial institution’s Product/ Policy team related to Secured Assets would be desirable.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Business, or Economics
• Broad understanding of Secured Assets (Mortgage Loans/ Auto Loans) products and services
• Numerical and financial analysis skills
• Good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Track record of delivering tangible results
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across functions.
