Core Competencies

  • Strong background in procurement strategy, sourcing, and supplier management
  • Experience in cost reduction
  • Skilled in category management and supplier relationship management (SRM)
  • Good to have an understanding of contracting, risk management, and compliance in procurement
  • Ability to design and implement procurement operating models and processes


Functional & Industry Experience

  • Proven track record in procurement transformation programs (e.g., cost reduction, digital procurement, supplier innovation)
  • Experience with procurement in regulated industries (public sector, energy, infrastructure, etc.) is a plus
  • Positive with familiarity with digital procurement tools and platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Ivalua or similar)


Consulting Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with structured thinking
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical initiatives
  • Project management experience, ideally in large-scale transformations or post-merger integrations
  • Experience in stakeholder management and C-level communication
  • Strong change management and facilitation skills
