Job Overview:

The Web3 Branding Manager must be highly skilled and strategic to lead the development, execution, and management of our brand strategy within the decentralized ecosystem. This role combines traditional branding expertise with deep knowledge of blockchain, NFTs, decentralized finance (DeFi), crypto communities, and Web3 culture. The Web3 Branding Manager will be responsible for building a cohesive brand identity that resonates with global Web3 audiences, strengthens community trust, and drives engagement, awareness, and adoption.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Development

1.1. Define and execute the overall Web3 branding strategy aligned with company objectives.

1.2. Develop brand guidelines tailored to decentralized platforms, NFTs, DAOs, and crypto communities.

1.3. Identify market positioning opportunities and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.


2. Web3 Marketing & Community Engagement

2.1. Collaborate with community managers, growth teams, and developers to create campaigns that resonate with crypto-native audiences.

2.2. Leverage Web3 channels such as Discord, Telegram, Twitter/X, and NFT marketplaces for brand promotion.

2.3. Design strategies for influencer partnerships, NFT drops, airdrops, and other community-centric initiatives.


3. Creative Direction & Content Management

3.1. Oversee visual identity, UX/UI design consistency, and storytelling across digital and on-chain platforms.

3.2. Work with content creators to produce thought leadership, educational content, and high-quality assets that reflect brand values.

3.3. Ensure all branding materials comply with Web3 legal, compliance, and intellectual property standards.


4. Event Planning & Offline Engagement

4.1. Plan, organize, and coordinate offline events such as global blockchain summits, exhibitions, and networking conferences.

4.2. Represent the brand at industry events, ensuring a professional and innovative presence that supports growth and partnerships.

4.3. Collaborate with partners and vendors to deliver seamless offline experiences that complement digital campaigns.


5. Public Relations & Brand Reputation

5.1. Monitor public opinion and sentiment across online and offline networks.

5.2. Develop proactive communication strategies and execute timely PR responses to maintain a strong brand reputation.

5.3. Manage crisis communication and ensure a positive, trustworthy image of the brand is consistently upheld.


6. Analytics & Performance Tracking

6.1. Monitor and analyze brand perception and engagement metrics across Web3 communities.

6.2. Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

6.3. Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to improve ROI and community growth.


7. Cross-functional Collaboration

7.1. Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure branding is integrated into all touchpoints of the product ecosystem.

7.2. Support tokenomics, NFT launches, and other Web3 initiatives with effective branding strategies.

7.3. Act as a brand advocate internally and externally, fostering adoption and alignment.


• Required Skills & Qualifications

o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or related field; Master’s preferred.

o 5+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or communications, with at least 2 years in Web3, crypto, or blockchain projects.

o Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems, including DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, tokenomics, and decentralized governance.

o Proven experience in community-driven marketing, social media strategy, and digital campaigns.

o Expertise in brand identity design, visual storytelling, and creative direction.

o Experience in organizing large-scale events, exhibitions, and offline brand activations.

o Analytical mindset with the ability to measure brand impact and optimize campaigns.

o Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.


• Preferred Skills

o Experience working with NFT projects, blockchain startups, or crypto exchanges.

o Familiarity with on-chain marketing, smart contracts, and blockchain technologies.

o Knowledge of global crypto regulations and compliance requirements.

o Background in crisis communication and PR strategy.
