Position Overview:
As a Junior AEM Developer at Finning, you will support the development and maintenance of Finning’s digital platforms using Adobe Experience Manager. You’ll work closely with senior developers, designers, and content teams to deliver engaging and performant web experiences that align with Finning’s brand and customer needs.

- For this position, the expected salary range is between $65,000 and $80,000 annually. This range reflects our commitment to providing competitive compensation that aligns with industry standards and your qualifications.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of AEM components, templates, and workflows.
- Support the integration of AEM with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, analytics, e-commerce).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and content authors to implement responsive and accessible web pages.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging of AEM applications.
- Maintain documentation for components and workflows.
- Monitor site performance and assist in troubleshooting issues.
- Stay updated on AEM best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with AEM HTL (formerly known as Sightly), Sling, and JCR repository concepts, along with component and template development in AEM
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment.
- Exposure to AEM 6.5 architecture and development, preferably AMS
- Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud tools.
- Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
