Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Supervisor / Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all our projects from foundation to finish. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong construction knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects on time and on budget.


Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations for commercial and residential projects.
  • Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and inspections.
  • Ensure construction adheres to permits, plans, codes, safety standards, and quality expectations.
  • Monitor work quality, ensuring adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize delays and cost overruns.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and budgets and report findings to management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Uphold safety policies and procedures on all job sites.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Oversee the preparation and installation of foundations and service connections on client sites.
  • Coordinate logistics for transporting RTM homes to their final locations.
  • Conduct final walk-throughs and oversee deficiency corrections.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in construction management or related field.
  • Experience in commercial construction management is a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of RTM home construction, delivery and installation.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients, trades, and team members.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency with project management software and MS Office.
  • Excellent mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in estimating is considered an asset.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
