Role Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Analysts to translate user stories into technical requirements.
- Work with QA engineers to ensure robust automated testing and proactively resolve bugs.
- Partner with DevOps teams to support build automation, deployment, and release processes.
- Implement secure coding practices to safeguard against mobile security threats.
- Optimize app performance, battery efficiency, and offline capabilities.
- Document technical decisions, best practices, and system designs for mobile development.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in native iOS development (Swift, Objective-C) and/or native Android development (Kotlin, Java).
- Experience with cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and platform-specific guidelines (iOS HIG, Material Design).
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
- Familiarity with mobile databases and local storage mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and mobile build systems (Fastlane, Bitrise, Gradle, CocoaPods, SPM).
- Experience with Mapbox SDK or other geospatial / mapping technologies.
- Knowledge of mobile security best practices (encryption, authentication, authorization).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Firebase, AWS, GCP, Azure) for backend integration.
- Familiarity with progressive web apps (PWAs) and biometric authentication mechanisms
