We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in the FinTech industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the operational aspects of business models within the FinTech sphere and will be responsible for performing in-depth financial analysis, cost control, and supporting various financial reporting processes. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting audit processes, and customizing accounting software to meet specific business needs.
Your regular tasks:
- Provide accurate and timely analysis of financial data to support decision-making;
- Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends and financial forecasts, including variance analysis and commentary;
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed and reported;
- Partner to various departments, providing financial guidance and support;
- Financial analysis and control of payment providers: acquiring banks, PSPs, gateways;
- Participation in the development and testing of the internal financial system;
- Assist with the external audits;
- Participate in a variety of automatization initiatives;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or business;
- Basic exposure to working with PSP providers
- Experience on relevant position at least 2 years;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Accounting principles understanding;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL or BI;
- Upper Intermediate level of English;
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of other financial software or systems such as SAP or Quickbooks;
- Python, SQL, and BI Systems knowledge;
- Experience with financial instruments such as bank cards or bank accounts;
- Experience with databases, statistical programs and knowledge of marketing basics.
