ROLE OVERVIEW:


We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to handle the essential HR administration and support smooth employee experiences. You’ll own day-to-day tasks like onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data management, and benefits administration — and you’ll also have the chance to shape how these processes run in the future.


This is a great role for someone who enjoys structured work but wants to grow into building and improving processes. You’ll work closely with our Head of HR, who will guide and mentor you, but you’ll have space to take ownership and suggest smarter ways of doing things.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding (contracts, documents, accounts, checklists)
  • Administer benefits enrollment and terminations
  • Keep employee data up-to-date in our HRIS (PeopleForce)
  • Ensure HR records and processes stay compliant and accurate
  • Be the first point of contact for employee HR-related questions
  • Support the Head of HR in creating and rolling out policies and process improvements
  • Spot opportunities to make our people processes smoother and more efficient


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR admin, HR coordination, or similar role
  • Detail-oriented and organized; you keep processes tidy and accurate
  • Comfortable with HR systems (experience with PeopleForce and/or HiBob is a plus)
  • Curious and proactive: willing to learn, ask questions, and propose improvements
  • Independent, but also collaborative — you know when to run with a task and when to align
  • Ambition to grow into process ownership and people operations expertise
