The company has open positions of Managerial Projects’ Lead.
Scope of the role: To develope strategies, lead projects’ teams and manage projects’ budgets.
Main Responsibilities
- To lead and conduct the analysis of industry and market trends, conduct regular strategic analyses of AZ UA;
- To lead partnership with third parties in UA and Moldova;
- To define the list of projects necessary for the fulfillment of the company's goals together with the Regional Director and Senior Management (Strategic Projects, Projects in Digitalization, Projects on Patients’ Support, Projects on Patients’ diagnostics...);
- To build effective communication with project teams and project management at country/region level;
- To lead cross-functional interaction in the frame of the projects;
- To develop presentations on the results of the country’s work during the reporting period;
- To monitor the execution of exact tasks by different project teams of the company.
- Degree in economics, engineering, or business management ;
- Experience in consulting (Big 4) in the business development area (ideally cases for pharma);
- Solid experience in leading projects of country and regional level;
- Skilled at leading, managing conflict and negotiating with cross-functional teams;
- Demonstration of courage, candor and initiative skills;
- Developed decision-making competency;
- Coaching / mentoring group facilitation skills;
- Strong communication skills (written and oral – open, honest and persistent);
- Results oriented approach;
- Open to new and unconventional ideas and approaches;
- Fluent English is a must;
- Solid Presentation Skills.
