Our journey so far:

Jupiter was founded in 2019 by Jitendra Gupta. Best known as Citrus Pay’s founder, Jiten found himself wondering why personal finance experiences were not customer-centric when everything else like food ordering and entertainment were. That’s how our journey began in 2019, with a simple, powerful idea : to create a modern, customer-centric experience that empowers individuals when it comes to their money.

From our humble beginnings, we've strived relentlessly to make managing money easier. In 2021 when we launched we had a waitlist with over 100,000 people eager to experience the world of Jupiter - and within 10 months we crossed 1 million users. Today, we have 2.7 million + happy users on Jupiter.

Our Insights feature today tells how much and where you’ve been spending automatically, even on your other savings accounts! Our Edge CSB Bank RuPay credit card is getting a lot of love for it’s head-turning transparent design, not to mention it being a rewarding experience. Our No-Penalty SIP and Daily SIP at Rs 10/- has helped scale our investments business and we have over 100,000 users investing on our platform to fulfill their money aspirations.

Role Overview :-

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, building, and scaling product experiences that create value for both customers and the business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams — engineering, design, data, operations, risk, and marketing — to shape product strategy and drive execution with speed and impact.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Translate business and customer needs into clear product roadmaps and deliver high-quality features.
• Deeply understand user behavior, pain points, and motivations across domains such as onboarding, payments, lending, or growth.
• Define product requirements, write detailed PRDs/user stories, and own execution end-to-end.
• Partner with design and research to craft intuitive, user-centric experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
• Leverage data insights (funnels, cohorts, A/B testing, analytics) to guide prioritization and iteration.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and risk frameworks where applicable.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and global fintech best practices.

What We’re Looking For :-

• Experience: 2–4 years in product management or adjacent roles (business analysis, consulting, operations, design/engineering with product exposure).
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort in using SQL, Excel, or BI dashboards.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer empathy, with a bias for building simple and delightful user experiences.
• Hustle and ownership mindset; thrives in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience in onboarding, payments, lending, or growth products.
• Exposure to rewards, risk-led initiatives, or other regulated financial products.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
