Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into designs.
- Contribute to wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Conduct basic user research and usability testing to refine designs.
- Stay updated with design trends and best practices.
- Degree/diploma in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- Knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Trial Period: 2 weeks (unpaid) to assess skills and fit.
- Permanent Position: Offered post successful trial, starting salary at ₹2 LPA with growth opportunities.
