Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in Figma to join our creative and product-focused team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating user-centered designs, building intuitive interfaces, and crafting seamless user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring design concepts to life in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
• Create visually appealing, consistent, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into intuitive designs.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system with reusable components.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
• Iterate based on data, user insights, and A/B testing results.
• Work independently and as part of cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and tools.
• Deliver clear design documentation and clickable prototypes for development handoff.

Experience Required

• 4+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience using Figma as the primary design tool.
• Proven portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work on web and/or mobile applications.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems).
• Solid understanding of UI design principles, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Expertise in UX best practices including information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Familiarity with tools like FigJam, Miro, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Ability to present and communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with developers, product managers, and QA teams.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design patterns.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
