Role Overview

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who thrives as a jack-of-all-trades problem solver. This role is ideal for someone who loves variety, can wear multiple hats, and is excited about working in a client-facing, project-delivery environment. While the bulk of the work involves Node.js and Next.js, we’re also looking for someone with a working knowledge of Python to support integrations, and our in-house voice agent software.

You’ll collaborate closely with our technical and delivery teams to write production-ready code, but also to help deliver end-to-end client projects — from ideation through launch.

Responsibilities
  • Build, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and Next.js.

  • Develop APIs, dashboards, and integration layers for voice AI systems.

  • Work across the stack — from database to frontend UI.

  • Contribute to Python-based scripts, integrations, or AI workflows where needed.

  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to turn requirements into solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.

  • Take ownership of technical delivery for client projects — ensuring code, documentation, and deployments meet standards.

  • Contribute ideas and problem-solving approaches beyond just coding — e.g., architecture, workflows, process improvements.

    • Requirements
    • 3+ years professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.

    • Strong skills in Node.js, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.

    • Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL).

    • Familiarity with Python (for scripting, automation, or AI-related work).

    • Solid understanding of APIs, web services, and integration patterns.

    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    • Strong problem-solving skills; comfortable experimenting and figuring things out.

    • Excellent communication — able to interact directly with clients when needed.

    • Nice-to-Haves
    • Experience in voice technologies, NLP, or AI.

    • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

    • Exposure to deployment pipelines (CI/CD).

    • Background in consulting, client delivery, or product development.
