Role Summary

In this role, you’ll contribute to the development, evaluation, and deployment of LLM-powered applications. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or junior engineers eager to deepen their practical experience in machine learning and generative AI.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Design and implement LLM pipelines, embeddings, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
• Work on prompt engineering and model alignment for specific business tasks
• Analyze model performance and experiment with optimization techniques
• Collaborate on rapid prototyping and documentation
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 1-2 years of professional experience (Passion, curiosity, and initiative matter more than years of experience) 
• Solid Python skills, with experience in ML frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
• Exposure to LLM libraries and ecosystems (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs)
• Strong understanding of NLP concepts (e.g., tokenization, attention mechanisms, embeddings)
• Familiarity with Git and REST APIs
• Strong communication skills in English and a desire to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞

• Familiarity with RAG workflows and vector-based retrieval systems
• Exposure to MLOps tools and platforms (MLflow, AWS/GCP, Docker)
• Experience integrating ML models into interactive tools or dashboards (e.g., Gradio, Streamlit)
