We’re looking for an Insights Analyst to join our team and help turn data into compelling insights that clients can act on. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is excited to work with data, learn quickly, and make an impact.

What you'll do:

  • Get hands-on with transactional and survey data to analyse and uncover consumer behaviour trends
  • Translate the raw data into actionable insights and contribute to creation of client-ready reports and dashboards 
  • Support questionnaire development and data quality improvements for our multi-category syndicated products 
  • Assist in automating reporting processes and building scalable solutions 
  • Collaborate with data, tech, and consulting teams to deliver impactful outcomes
  • Continuously improve our reporting tools and processes to make insights more accessible 
  • Work directly with clients from a number of industries building solutions and presenting results


We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, loves problem-solving, and is eager to turn numbers into meaning.


The ideal candidate will be:

  • A sponge for learning - someone who is energised by learning new skills, industries and projects
  • Someone with a curiosity and excitement for non-traditional market research - we're paving the way for a new type of research
  • Data analysis skills, ideally experience using R, SPSS, Q, or SAS (DisplayR is a huge plus) 
  • Previous experience building or using Dashboards is a bonus, but not required (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Displayr)
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • A tertiary qualification that supports your curiosity to enter the world of insights consulting (e.g., economics, statistics, psychology, business, marketing science
  • Someone Sydney-based with the ability to head into our North Sydney offices 2-3 days a week
