The Opportunity
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll work hands-on across the entire stack to turn ambitious ideas into production-ready solutions. From day one you'll ship features, squash bugs, and help evolve the product from an early prototype into a scalable enterprise platform. You'll collaborate directly with the founders and lead engineer in a close-knit team where your decisions will shape the company's technology for years to come.
This is a Zurich-based hybrid role, with several in-office days each week to enable rapid collaboration.

What You'll Do
- Develop and ship full-stack features across a modern tech stack (TypeScript/Node.js, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, Python AI services)
- Build AI-driven experiences such as chat interfaces, voice processing, and insight generation
- Own projects end-to-end: database design, API architecture, frontend interactions, and deployment
- Drive the transition from monolithic architecture to microservices while maintaining stability and performance
- Ensure production-quality code with robust testing, monitoring, and error handling
- Work closely with founders, designers, and engineers to solve real customer problems
- 5?8 years of full-stack engineering experience with a track record of shipping real products
- Strong fluency in TypeScript, Node.js, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL, AWS
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI APIs, embeddings, voice processing) is a plus
- Understanding of microservices, event-driven systems, and API design
- Comfort with fast-changing startup environments where MVP really means MVP
- Based in Zurich and able to collaborate on-site several days a week
- Quality-driven: write tests, handle edge cases, and deliver scalable code
