Who You Are

We’re looking for a Web Developer to accelerate iteration and experimentation on our public-facing website. In this role, you’ll focus on building and optimising templates, modules, and technical improvements that enable rapid testing and deployment of marketing content. Your ultimate goal will be to transform our website into a high-performing growth engine — fast, flexible, and optimised for user experience, speed, and conversion. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders, product marketing, and content teams to create and continuously enhance impactful web experiences.

What You Will Do

  • Website Development & Maintenance: Build, customise, and maintain page templates and modules within our CMS (Storyblok).
  • Performance Optimisation: Implement improvements that enhance site performance, including speed, accessibility, and SEO fundamentals.
  • Responsive Design: Ensure pages load quickly and are optimised for both mobile and desktop experiences.
  • Experimentation & CRO: Develop modules and page variations to enable rapid A/B testing.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product marketing and content teams to experiment with CRO, AI-driven content, and AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation).
  • Stakeholder Support: Translate marketing ideas into functional website components, integrating new assets and experiences seamlessly.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience as a Web Developer (agency or in-house), ideally working with CMS-driven marketing websites
  • Proficiency in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS configuration (Storyblok preferred)
  • Strong understanding of web performance optimisation, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards
  • Experience supporting marketing teams with experimentation frameworks (e.g., A/B testing)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment, balancing quality with speed
  • Direct experience using AI tools in your day-to-day work, or a strong openness and eagerness to learn how to apply them to enhance outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Background in conversion-focused SEO and AEO optimisation
  • Experience integrating AI-driven content or CRO tools
  • Familiarity with analytics and experimentation platforms (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely, or similar)

What success looks like

  • Significant improvement in website load speed and technical performance
  • Faster ability to launch new templates, pages, and experiments without external dev bottlenecks
  • Increased agility in testing and iterating content across product, industry, and campaign pages
  • A website that serves as a true growth weapon — optimised, experimental, and always improving

Our values

  • We are bold
  • We are all in
  • We are customer obsessed
  • We do what we say
