Deliverables
- Develop and maintain the TrailTales mobile application for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Implement trip detection features to enhance user engagement during car rides.
- Build and optimize an audio engine for dynamic storytelling experiences.
- Manage local caching and offline functionality to ensure reliability.
- Collaborate with the Backend Developer to integrate cloud services, APIs, and personalization systems.
- Participate in product planning, feature prioritization, and technical decision-making as a co-owner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in mobile app development for iOS and Android (React Native, Flutter, or native frameworks).
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and user experience design.
- Experience with audio processing, playback, or similar audio engine development.
- Familiarity with trip detection, geolocation, or sensor-based features.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Willingness to contribute as a co-owner with a long-term vision for the project.
- Availability to commit to project milestones within a three-month initial timeline.
