Job Description
Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high-capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of aircraft from our base at Perth Airport. We specialise in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.
Join Network Aviation in this two year fixed-term position as the Senior Manager E190 Program Delivery. The role is responsible for the management and coordination of all introductory programs within Flight and Cabin Operations for the introduction of the E190 fleet at Network Aviation. Reporting to the Head of Flight Operations & Chief Pilot, the successful candidate will lead the flight/cabin operations implementation team whilst developing revised policies linked to the project, coordinate logistical elements and assets to deliver end state programs. This role requires an understanding of both Flight Operations and Cabin Operations policy/procedures, a strong understanding of E190 operations and a hands on-approach to provide operational flying oversight of the progress of resourcing and training programs.
What You’ll Bring To The Role
- 15+ years aviation, business or project management experience.
- Qualified pilot – A320/319 or E190 type rating preferred
- Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, aviation, or project management is highly regarded
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs within aviation or similarly complex, safety-critical industries.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to flying and cabin operations.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral with senior stakeholders, peers and frontline staff.
- Advanced project management capabilities, including planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of data-driven decision making.
