Full Stack Developer (Remote - Latam)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to build scalable, high-impact applications using Node.js and React Native. In this role, you will work on both backend and mobile frontend development, leveraging AWS cloud services to deliver robust solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and support. This role offers the opportunity to solve challenging technical problems, contribute to global projects, and make a direct impact on the user experience. Your work will help shape the foundation of innovative, enterprise-grade applications in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

Accountabilities

As a Full Stack Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services with Node.js (Express, Nest.js, or similar frameworks)
• Build mobile applications using React Native for cross-platform deployment
• Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices in AWS environments
• Integrate applications with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and RDS
• Ensure software quality through unit and integration testing
• Collaborate in all stages of the development lifecycle, including design, deployment, and maintenance
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives
• Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to best practices in performance, security, and scalability
  
  
  

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Node.js for backend development
• Solid experience in React Native for cross-platform mobile applications
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, etc.)
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git/GitHub
• Practical experience working in agile environments (Scrum)
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, and the ability to work effectively in a team
