We're hiring a Level 3 Engineer to provide advanced technical support and infrastructure expertise for our US-based MSP clients. This role is ideal if you thrive in complex problem-solving, infrastructure projects, and mentoring junior engineers.
What You'll Do
- Handle escalations from Level 2 engineers.
- Perform advanced Azure tasks: resource setup, policies, security, scripting, automation.
- Support enterprise networking: firewalls, routing, VPNs, VoIP optimization.
- Mentor Level 1-2 engineers, ensuring best practices.
- Document escalations, infra changes, and project work.
- Contribute to migrations and enterprise initiatives.
- 5+ years as a senior IT engineer / Level 3 in MSP or enterprise.
- Strong Azure expertise (resources, policies, automation).
- Advanced networking (firewalls, routing, VoIP troubleshooting).
- Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365.
- Excellent English for client-facing support.
- Bonus: Mac support, ConnectWise/Datto familiarity.
- Weekdays: Noon-8pm CST
- One weekend day: 8am-5pm CST
- Days off: One weekday + one weekend day (2 total)
