We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team.

This role requires a problem-solving mindset and technical expertise to ensure smooth operations across our IT infrastructure. You will be instrumental in diagnosing issues, implementing scalable solutions, and driving automation to support organizational growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to understand IT needs and business processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network, software, and hardware issues to minimize operational disruptions
  • Address complex technical challenges efficiently, ensuring system reliability and uptime
  • Identify and introduce IT solutions that enhance overall operational productivity
  • Partner with stakeholders to deploy scalable and effective IT infrastructure across the business

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in System Engineering or a related role, with hands-on proficiency in Google Workspace administration in enterprise environments
  • Expertise in deploying advanced Google Workspace security controls, including Context-Aware Access (CAA), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configurations across Workspace services
  • Background in configuring and maintaining Google Workspace Advanced Device Management for platforms like ChromeOS, Android, and iOS
  • Skills in automation using Google Workspace APIs and Google Apps Manager (GAM) for scripting, integrations, and bulk operations
  • Familiarity with device management across Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS, leveraging MDM tools like Kandji and Intune
  • Proficiency in implementing enterprise identity management solutions such as Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Google Workspace for streamlined user access
  • Capability to deploy and manage unified communication solutions, including Google Meet hardware and software
  • Background in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell for system automation and integration
  • Communication skills to effectively explain complex technical topics to varied audiences

 

Nice to have

  • Understanding of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools and implementation methodologies
  • Background in enterprise identity management platforms like Okta
  • Familiarity with advanced automation scripting for expanding IT functionality
