We are seeking an experienced Lead Network Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing critical network systems.

This position involves working across both cloud and on-premise environments to ensure secure and reliable connectivity while driving advancements in global network architecture.

 

Responsibilities

  • Architect, deploy, and manage efficient and reliable network infrastructures for cloud and on-premise environments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align network solutions with overall engineering systems and objectives
  • Create and enforce advanced security measures to protect network integrity across all layers
  • Design and enhance global network frameworks, including connectivity for branch offices, data centers, and cloud service providers
  • Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations
  • Lead automation efforts to improve network deployment using tools like Ansible and Terraform
  • Analyze network performance and implement strategies to improve throughput and reduce latency
  • Handle on-call responsibilities and contribute to disaster recovery efforts to resolve incidents swiftly
  • Stay informed about new technologies and industry trends to continuously improve network performance and capabilities

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in network engineering
  • At least one year of experience managing and leading a team of engineers
  • Deep expertise in configuring and managing the Palo Alto platform, including troubleshooting and security policy development
  • Strong knowledge of advanced network protocols such as BGP, EVPN, and VXLAN in large-scale environments
  • Comprehensive understanding of global network infrastructures, including connectivity for branch offices and cloud service providers
  • Experience with cloud networking technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Advanced skills in automation pipelines using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or custom scripting solutions
  • Solid understanding of network security practices, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
  • Proven track record of managing outages, incidents, and disaster recovery procedures
  • Expertise in identifying and resolving network performance issues to enhance speed and reliability
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, at a B2 level or higher
