Senior Fullstack Engineer (Java & React) - (m/f/x)

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who is passionate about building robust APIs and intuitive web applications that give us and our customer unprecedented control over these agents.

Your role as a Fullstack Engineer

• Design and develop scalable backend services in Java to manage millions of OneAgent processes
• Build modern, responsive frontend apps using React to visualize and control agent behavior
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers across many different locations to deliver high-impact features
• Tackle complex challenges in distributed systems, performance, and data visualization
•  Actively participate in code reviews, learn from others and share your knowledge
• Develop your skillset and help mentor other team members
  
  

What Will Help You Succeed

• 5+ years of experience in Fullstack development with strong skills in Java and React & Typescript
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
• Experience successfully leading an engineering team including 1-2-1s, goal setting and similar
• Experience with large-scale systems and performance optimization
• Proven and demonstrable track record of delivering on Java / React Fullstack product features
• A proactive and enabling mindset and a passion for clean, extensible and maintainable code
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Compensation Data

• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.   
• Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 60,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
