Python Developer (AI & Software) | FTE or Freelance | Ghent, Belgium - 3 Days onsite

We’re partnering with a fast-moving SaaS business in Ghent who are using AI and LLMs to build genuinely intelligent products. They’re scaling, and they need a Python Developer to join the team. Someone who’s comfortable rolling up their sleeves & can take charge.

The role

• Build and maintain Python applications that power the SaaS platform.
• Work with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) to bring new features to life.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Keep code clean, scalable, and production-ready.
• Stay sharp on the latest AI/ML developments and spot opportunities to use them.

What you’ll bring

• Solid Python development experience (3+ years).
• Experience working with LLMs in real-world projects.
• Strong backend and API design skills.
• English is essential, Dutch is a plus.
