About The Role

We're building a sophisticated SaaS platform - think CRM/ERP-level complexity - for modern B2B operations. We're looking for a Technical Product Manager who thrives in cross-functional environments and can own the product lifecycle end-to-end: from shaping requirements to ensuring polished delivery.

You'll work closely with engineers, designers, and QA to break down complexity, turn ideas into clear specifications, and ship features that work - beautifully and reliably.

Your Responsibilities

  • Sprint Management & Daily Flow Run standups, manage sprints, track progress, and ensure the team is focused, unblocked, and aligned on priorities
  • Ticket Writing & Scope Breakdown Own epics and user stories. Write clear, actionable, technically-aware tickets and ensure developers have everything they need to build with confidence
  • UX & Design Collaboration Work alongside designers to shape intuitive user experiences - especially important in a system with complex flows, data-heavy interfaces, and lots of interaction points
  • Feature QA & Release Ownership Validate development output. Coordinate with QA and give the final green light before anything goes live. Own quality

SaaS Thinking

Understand how multi-tenant SaaS systems work. Be familiar with permission models, billing logic, usage metering, roles, account hierarchies, and scalable architecture.

Requirements

You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 3+ years in product management, technical product ownership, or related roles - ideally within SaaS or B2B systems
  • Are fluent in agile workflows and know how to manage a product backlog without micromanaging developers
  • Know how to write clear, unambiguous specs that reduce back-and-forth and increase speed
  • Have strong UX instincts - you don't need to be a designer, but you understand structure, clarity, and usability
  • Can critically test features yourself, simulate real-world scenarios, and spot what others might miss
  • Communicate effectively across time zones, with engineers, designers, and stakeholders
  • Are available for real-time collaboration during UK working hours (or close to it)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with complex systems like CRMs, ERPs, or internal tooling platforms. Background in QA, engineering, or UX design

Agile or Scrum Master certification or experience.

Benefits

You'll be a central part of a highly capable, collaborative product team, working on a serious system with real-world impact. There's room to grow, take ownership, and help shape not just the product - but how the product organization works.
