The Role

We’re looking for a UI/UX Product Designer to take our flagship app, NeuroNation Brain Training, to the next level. In this role, you’ll combine creativity, data-driven insights, and user research to design engaging experiences that help millions of people worldwide stay mentally fit. Your Responsibilities

  • Enhance and maintain our mobile Brain Training app to boost growth, retention, and revenue
  • Design, validate, and implement new product features based on user needs and market trends
  • Analyze user behavior and run usability tests/interviews to drive product improvements
  • Define and uphold UI/UX and visual standards while ensuring product quality
  • Collaborate with Marketing, BI, CRM, and Customer Care teams to deliver maximum value
  • Act as the product expert within the Growth and Product teams, bringing in a growth mindset and ideas for innovation


Your Profile

  • 3+ years experience in product design for consumer-facing digital products (E-commerce, Games, EdTech, or Health)
  • Strong skills in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
  • Experience with UX research, data analysis, and optimizing user flows
  • Eye for visual design and detail, combined with solid project management skills
  • Passion for self-improvement, lifelong learning, and staying up to date with science, health, and productivity topics
  • Based in Germany (ideally Berlin), able to join the team on-site once a month (sponsored)
  • Degree in Design, Psychology, Neuroscience, Business Administration, or similar


Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with Google Material Design 3 and Apple Liquid Glass guidelines
  • Knowledge of Lean Startup, Design Sprints, or Growth Hacking
  • Basic knowledge of German, French, Spanish, or Italian
