We are focused on creating a state-of-the-art, real-time, soft-body physics engine and making it widely available for entertainment and simulation purposes. Our most widely known product is our game BeamNG.drive, which is now available on Steam in Early Access.
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and client-oriented Business Associate to join our team. This role will support our day-to-day operations, assist with customer-facing coordination, and contribute to the overall efficiency and professionalism of our company.
This is a hybrid role that requires a strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to move seamlessly between internal tasks and external engagement.
Responsibilities
Client & Partner Engagement
- Serve as a key contact for clients and partners, managing inquiries, discovery conversations, and introductory product/service overviews
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including client and partner data, meeting notes, and communications
- Manage timely follow-ups on proposals, quotes, invoices, licensing matters, and general communications
- Track license lifecycles and support renewals with timely documentation and communication
- Prepare polished, client-ready materials (proposals, presentations, summaries)
- Build strong, reliable relationships with clients and partners, ensuring smooth communication and continuity
- Provide comprehensive support to the team, including calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and prioritization
- Maintain organized records of business activities, contracts, licensing agreements, vendor files, and partner documentation
- Coordinate legal-related workflows (e.g., NDAs, contracts, trademarks, licensing) and ensure timely review and filing
- Oversee onboarding and management of vendors, external partners, and stakeholders
- Handle administrative and operational tasks, streamlining coordination across teams
- Improve workflows, documentation, and knowledge-sharing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support alignment and coordination
- Track and report progress on initiatives, preparing updates, reports, and dashboards
- Document business activities thoroughly to ensure organizational continuity
- Degree in engineering, business administration, operations management, or a related field
- Experience in operations, client-facing roles, and/or project coordination preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Confidence in managing professional client and partner interactions with clarity and diplomacy
- Comfortable working across multiple functions and shifting priorities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and an understanding of project management, business processes, and customer experience is a plus

Our recruitment process includes an introductory call with an initial conversation led by our HR team, which is followed by a brief case study or assessment. This is followed by a discussion with our Head of Business Development and Strategy, and the final phase involves an interview with the stakeholders.
