My client are a real estate consultancy are looking for a Project Manager / Design Manager to join their Dublin team.
The role would suit an Architectural technician or Interior Designer looking to work more as a Project Manager
The role would be based in Dublin 2 turning into a Hybrid opportunity after successful completion of probationary period
They are looking for a Project Manager to join their dynamic team working across three core streams: Building Surveying, Project Management, and Interior Design. You'll be an integral part of a team of Project Managers, contributing to a diverse portfolio of projects. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual eager to lead projects from initial consultation through to successful completion within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing and driving project success, with a particular focus on fit-out projects. Your duties will include:
- Leading and managing both single and multiple fit-out projects from the consultation phase through to final completion.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinating effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, design teams, contractors, and internal departments.
- Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and plans.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Managing project documentation and ensuring clear communication across all project phases.
What You'll Bring
To be a strong candidate for this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Architectural Technician.
- Demonstrable experience in fit-out projects, including successfully leading projects from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, and AutoCAD.
- A strong background in project management within the real estate or construction industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail, robust communication skills (written and verbal), and excellent time management abilities.
- A Degree in Project Management is advantageous, or you should be actively pursuing such a qualification.
